Riding Camp Tuition Comparison
Tuition comparison between Longacres and other Riding Camps: The problem is that there are very few camps that offer anything like the Longacres Riding Program. Vershire in Vermont perhaps comes closest, offering 4 hours of riding daily in a quality program. They specialize in eventing (Combined Training) while Longacres is more of a traditional Hunter/Jumper and horse show oriented program. Both of us do a good job teaching basic good horsemanship.
The other camps listed all show up in Google or Yahoo searches for "riding camp" or "equestrian camp". Most are known to us and have established, competent riding programs along with various other camp activities. A few are exclusively riding camps, like Longacres.

Some of the following tuitions are for the 2007 season; some are from 2006 and are likely to be higher this year.At $2250 tuition for two weeks, Longacres for 2008 is just above the average of $2132 for the 16 other riding camps listed. (based on their 2006/2007 tuition - likely higher now)
